Skin Co Policies

1.     48-Hour Notice for Appointment Changes: Changes or cancellations to appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

2.     No Shows and Late Cancellations: Failure to show up for an appointment or late cancellations may result in a deposit requirement to rebook.

3.     Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and must be redeemed for services offered by Skin Co.

4.     Lateness Policy: Arriving late to your appointment may require us to adjust your booking to accommodate other clients.

5.     Arrival Time: Please arrive promptly at your appointment time, as Skin Co does not have a reception area.
